Victor Moses Navarro is an award winning director based out of sunny Los Angeles, California. His love of cinema began at an early age through VHS rentals from the public library of films his father had enjoyed prior. His filmmaking journey began in 2011 at Pasadena City College, In which he won the 72hr film festival 2 years in a row.
In 2014, Moses began attending UCLA's school for Theater, Film, and Television. In 2016, Moses graduated from the distinguished program with his B.A. in Film and Television with a concentration on Directing and Post-Production.
In early 2019, Moses co-created a production company that would allow him as well as others to create content that is not only exceptional, but artistically fulfilling. The name of that company is now Outer Heaven Creations.

Alexander L. Dunn grew up in a household surrounded by movies so it only seemed right to pursue a career in it. After taking some classes at Pasadena City College he honed in on doing Cinematography as to what he would focus on. Alex went from PCC directly into freelancing and working at a rental house where he began to learn his techniques and knowledge about equipment. Inspired by works from many different cultures and cinematographers, Alex continues to try and perfect his craft one project at a time.

Silvia Lara is a cinematographer from Chihuahua, Mexico and a lifelong storyteller who fortunately discovered that her passion for photography and story exist harmoniously within the field of cinematography. She holds an A.A. in English & Literature and a B.A. in film from UCLA, specializing in cinematography and was a Cinematography Fellow at the world renowned American Film Institute Conservatory in Hollywood, Ca.
She is currently based out of LA and NY.

Leatrice Ching is an award-winning director hailing from San Gabriel Valley. After developing her foundation for filmmaking at Pasadena City College, she transferred to the University of California, Irvine with a full scholarship into their Film and Media Studies program. There, she gained the theoretical insight in the study of cinema which she implemented in her films "I See Red" and "Cycles." Both projects were funded by the FMS Undergraduate Production, Research, & Travel Grant and would later go on to receiving multiple accolades from the University. Coming from a mix of Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese roots, her films set out to present stories and characters that audiences from many backgrounds can empathize with.

Tanya Gonzalez grew up in a small town in Mexico, away from technology with an extreme desire to tell stories. She moved to LA to pursue an education in film after finishing her BA in Communications in Mexico. She went to Pasadena City College where her network of fellow filmmakers was built. After her studies, Tanya moved onto curate the film program at the Cultural Center for Mexican Consulate. She now continues to work in film as a producer and in public relations for marketing.

Patrick Fontenette is an intuitive TV and media producer from South Los Angeles. He got his first hands-on-experience with cameras while attending a South Central youth center for underserved communities. From there he paid close attention to his favorite programs and video producers to develop a unique cinematic perspective.
In 2016, Patrick graduated from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television with a concentration in Interpretive Digital Media. He later joined Post Production teams for Disney-ABC’s Black-ish, Freeform’s Grown-ish, and E! Network’s The Arrangement. In early 2019, Patrick joined Outer Heaven Creations and co-produced a series of music videos to artistically promote dialogue.

Jackson DeLoach is a screenwriter, director and voice actor from Compton, CA. After graduating from the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television in 2016, he went on to work in a variety of positions within the film and television industry: everything from BTS photography and VR video editing, to producing and project management for music videos and advertising campaigns.

Phillip Arroyo Long is a filmmaker and creative hailing from Northern California. Phillip began his journey into filmmaking with a love for animation and mini-DVD camcorders. While pursing a degree in Physics from UC Irvine he joined the Digital Filmmaking program where he directed and shot a number of projects, and had selections in the Newport Beach Film Festival two years in a row.
After graduation he moved to LA and freelanced primarily as a First Assistant Camera across a range of productions both locally and internationally. Today he's focusing on cinematography and directing in the Pacific Northwest while hosting on OHC's One for Safety Podcast.
